PAYMENT:
Payment is accepted through Paypal.
Please note: if payment is in form of an E-Check, order ships when it clears.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
-Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving payment.
-Domestic giclee orders are shipped flat, USPS priority.
-Domestic poster orders are shipped priority USPS mail in sturdy kraft tubes.
-Domestic paintings and etchings orders are shipped USPS priority, insured.
-International orders are shipped first class, and can take 5 to 10 days to arrive from the date of shipment.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
-If expedited shipping is needed please contact me, and I will be happy to make arrangements.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Everything in my shop is paper, and paper is well...fragile. I pack everything as carefully as possible while keeping shipping costs within reason. Despite my best efforts, every once in awhile things do get a bit dinged up in their journey to you. It's very important to me that you are happy and that the art arrives in mint condition. If you have received something that looks like it has been damaged in transit, please contact me, and send a photo of the damaged item. I will send a replacement or refund the sale, according to your preferences.
