UPDATE 12/3/2020

Everything is processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of when the order is placed. Due to the ongoing USPS delivery delays due to the pandemic, some packages have been taking longer than others to arrive. This is especially true of larger prints (12 x 16 inches or larger) that are shipped in tubes. At this time, I am requiring 4 weeks from the date of shipment for a package to be considered missing, and to qualify for a refund. 

Default shipping for all US orders is USPS Priority, and for international it is First Class International. If you wish to ship via another service such as UPS or FedEx you may contact me and I am happy to provide an estimate. 

Payment is accepted through Paypal.
Please note that if payment is an E-Check, the item will ship after the check clears. 

-Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority, and everywhere else orders are shipped first class international. If you wish to upgrade to a trackable shipping method for an international order, please contact prior to ordering.
- Giclee prints are shipped flat, unless ordered along with a poster, in which case they are shipped in a kraft tube.
-Domestic and international poster orders are shipped rolled in kraft tubes. 
-Original painting orders are shipped USPS Priority and are insured.

-If expedited shipping is needed please contact me, and I will be happy to make arrangements.

Everything in the shop is paper, and paper is fragile. Prints and paintings are packed very carefully while minimally using materials to keeping shipping costs down. Every once in awhile an order may get a bit dinged up in its journey to you.  If you have received something that looks like it has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately, and send a photo of the damaged item. I will send a replacement. Because all items in the shop are paper, unless an item has been damaged, returns are not offered.
